"Baku Metro" signs contract with French company

"Baku Metro" CJSC and the “Thalys” French company signed a contract to supply equipment for control and signaling system of Baku Metro.

The Metro reported that the initial stage of modern equipment that was set by Thalys, will be installed at the "Bus terminal" and "Memar Ajami-2" stations  ("Purple Line"), News.az reports. The contract provides for the purchase of modern equipment, software, installation and solution of other related issues.Application of new equipment includes a fully automated control system and signal system of Baku Metro, as well as minimizing the human factor.Bakudaily.Az
