Putin declares Russia's readiness to continue negotiations

If Kyiv believes now is not the right time for negotiations, Moscow is ready to wait, Russian President Vladimir Putin.

informs via Russian media that he generally assessed positively the meetings that took place between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul.

"All disappointments arise from excessive expectations," Putin said.
