Armenia's Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan has stated that Azerbaijan's efforts to prevent any potential future threat are understandable, Report informs via Armenian media.

"It is clear that for Azerbaijan it is important to prevent any possible future threat, whether in 50 or 100 years… Anything could happen," Simonyan told journalists.

He emphasized that for Armenia, it is crucial to unblock communications as soon as possible.

Regarding the "Trump Route" (part of the Zangazur Corridor passing through Armenian territory), the Parliament Speaker said, "Conceptually, one Armenian company could handle the construction of energy infrastructure, while another company could work on the railway construction."

"These issues will be resolved by a joint Armenian-American organization," he added.
