Palmali tanker can be impounded in Ukraine
Turkish tanker Huseyin Cavid could be impounded at Ilichevsk if it enters the port.
The tanker was at Feodosia oil storage facility in Crimea on 2-4 June, being loaded with crude oil.
Its captain violated the Ukrainian law on occupied territory. He can face up to three years in prison if convicted.
The tanker is owned by Turkish shipping company Palmali, which is run by Azerbaijani businessman Mubariz Masimov.
