Mirzoyan says progress made in Armenia–Turkey ties

Armenia remains committed to fully normalising relations with Turkey, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said while addressing a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Mirzoyan said some progress has already been made, adding that the opening of borders, establishment of diplomatic ties and the resumption of railway links could help strengthen regional stability and prosperity.
