Within the framework of the symposium, the role of culture in the formation of identity in the rapidly changing world, as well as formation of the nation, its development, integration, or assimilation issues were discussed through multidisciplinary perspectives. The main purpose of this symposium was to investigate the problems regarding indentity and culture, the influence of identity on culture and the influence of culture on identity. Within the framework of the symposium, the lectures on Language and Literature, History, Sociology, Medicine and Health, Theology, Fine Arts, Designing and Architecture, Mass Media were given.
