Bakcell creates new job opportunities for youth - PHOTO

Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, has participated in the job fair organized at “Odlar Yurdu” University, with the aim of assisting and ensuring the integration of graduates and senior students to the labor market.   The fair under the “First career Step” motto, which was held by the State Employment Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, served the purpose of raising awareness amongst students regarding current vacancies,  recruitment rules and career opportunities at Bakcell. Bakcell takes an active part in such job fairs which create job opportunities for youth. Moreover, Bakcell periodically implements “Student Summer Internship Program” and “Bakcell Graduate” projects with the purpose to professionally train and recruit students. Some participants of these projects will be employed by the company on a permanent basis.  Bakcell supports the development of human resources in the country through Corporate Social Responsibility programs. According to CSR strategy, Bakcell continues its successful projects on careers in mobile telecommunications, disabled people’s mastering career skills, integration of young people deprived of parental care to the labor market, etc.   ANN.Az
