Referendum in Azerbaijan: Last day for applying to hold exit poll

A number of procedures related to the referendum on making amendments to Azerbaijan’s constitution will be completed Sept.6.
The receipt of documents for accreditation of the organizations intending to hold an exit poll in the voting will end Sept.6 in accordance with the calendar plan approved by the Central Election Commission.
Moreover, the Central Election Commission will complete the transfer of voting protocols to district election commissions Sept.6.
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev earlier signed a decree to hold a referendum on making amendments to the country’s constitution Sept.26, 2016.
