EU not discussing Russian gas embargo yet - Borrell

The EU countries are not yet discussing the possibility of rejecting Russian gas supplies, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said, reported from TASS.

"The oil market is global,” he said in an interview with the Spanish radio station Cadena SER. "Gas is a different problem. Let’s start with the fact that this is not only an energy product. Gas cannot be replaced by something else in the petrochemical industry.”
