Spain’s Repsol sells assets in Russia to Gazprom Neft

The Spanish oil and gas company Repsol has sold its shares in the Russian projects Eurotek-Yugra and ASB Geo to Gazprom Neft and its subsidiary Gazprom Neft Service, reported from foreign media.

The changes took place back in winter, in the case of Eurotek-Yugra on January 21, and ASB Geo - on February 17.

Kommersant sources reported on the likely sale of Repsol’s shares in joint ventures with Gazprom Neft back in December 2021. Previously, the Spanish company owned 68% in Eurotek-Yugra and 50.01% in ASB Geo.
