Cavusoglu: 'Azerbaijan could not but respond to Armenia's provocation'

Armenians destroy the surroundings and plant mines when they leave Karabakh, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said. 

"The tension boiled over on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border two days ago shows how fragile the situation is. Armenia has not responded to Azerbaijan's five-point proposal for a peace agreement for a long time. Commissions have already been established to determine the borders. Armenia continues its provocations. Azerbaijan could not but respond to Armenia's provocation. If we want stability in the region, Armenia must stop provocation," Cavusoglu said.
