France welcomes Azerbaijan's return of 17 POWs to Armenia

France welcomes the handover of 17 Armenian soldiers detained in Azerbaijan to Armenia.

"The liberation by Azerbaijan of 17 Armenian detainees is a welcome humanitarian gesture that contributes to building trust ahead of important meetings today in Prague," French ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross tweeted.
