Azerbaijan increases net financial assets by nearly $ 6B in 2022

In January-September 2022, Azerbaijan increased net financial assets by $5,746.6 million, reported from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

According to the information, the increase was caused by the growth of $40.1 million in net foreign direct investment (-3.3 times), $569.3 million in portfolio investment (+46.7 %), and $ 5,137.2 million (+23.4 times) in other investments.
