Russia will try to help Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach balanced agreements, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told RBK.

According to him, the implementation of the tripartite declaration signed by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia remains topical: "It is about the opening of transport communications, the delimitation of the border and its subsequent demarcation, and the signing of a peace treaty. Implementation of all these is important."
