UAE envoy attends Azeri president's meeting on Ramadan

The UAE ambassador to Azerbaijan attended on Thursday a meeting of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with Islamic countries' ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The Azeri president pointed out that there are a lot of traditions and customs that connect the Islamic peoples, especially in Ramadan, wishing good luck to the presidents and governments of Islamic countries.

He added that bonds with Islamic countries is one of the priorities of his country's foreign policy, stressing the importance of enhancing Islamic solidarity and unity among Islamic countries.
