Azerbaijan proposes a new state duty

Azerbaijan is set to introduce a new state duty for inclusion in the register of lessors engaged in financial leasing activities.

The issue was discussed at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic policy, industry and entrepreneurship, which reviewed proposed amendments to the law on state duty.

Under the draft, a state duty of 550 manats ($323.53) would be charged for inclusion in the register of lessors authorized to carry out financial leasing activities.
