Turkmen president arrives in Fuzuli

Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli district as part of his state visit to the country.

The visit is expected to include a tour of reconstruction and infrastructure projects in the territories regained by Azerbaijan. 

Berdimuhamedov’s visit to Azerbaijan comes amid growing cooperation between the two countries in energy, transport and logistics. The two sides signed a number of agreements and discussed prospects for expanding bilateral ties during talks in Baku.
