CoE OKs plan to support rights reform in Azerbaijan

Deputy Ministers of the Council of Europe member states has approved the action plan for 2014-2015 intended to support reforms in the field of human rights, rule of law and democracy in Azerbaijan, the Council of Europe reported on April 17.

The action plan was approved at the meeting of the deputy ministers of the Council of Europe member states held on April 16.

Azerbaijan will chair the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from May, 2014.
