Aliyev meets visiting chief of Turkish General Staff

President Ilham Aliyev yesterday received a delegation led by the chief of the Turkish General Staff, Necdet Ozel, state news agency Azartac reported.

It was said that friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey had been developing successfully in all fields, including military.

President Aliyev expressed confidence that Necdet Ozel`s visit to Azerbaijan would contribute to the expansion of ties even further.

They also discussed prospects for cooperation in the military and technical fields.
