Azeri foreign minister, OSCE secretary-general discuss Karabakh

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Lamberto Zannier, the OSCE secretary general, on the sidelines of the Munich security conference, APA reports, citing the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

Cooperation between Azerbaijan and OSCE, as well as organizational issues related to running of OSCE Baku project coordinator office were discussed at the meeting.

Minister Mammadyarov briefed Zannier about peace talks with Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh.

Zannier expressed concern about the recent violations of the ceasefire on the front-line.

Mammadyarov said that in order to find a peaceful settlement of the conflict, Armenia must withdrawn its troops from the occupied territory of Azerbaijan.
