One more Azeri rebel killed in Syria: report

One more Azerbaijani national fighting against government forces in Syria has been killed, APA reported, citing rebel sources.

The man known as Primorskiy Muhammad was a member of the Islamic State of Iraq jihadist group. Rebels shared pictures of his dead body on social networking websites.

On Jan. 4 APA reported two more Azerbaijani deaths in Syria. Namiq Asgarov and another man known as Azeri Seyfullah, both members of the Al-Nusra Front, were killed in clashes with forces loyal to Bashar Al-Assad.

Hundreds of Azerbaijanis, mostly members of the Salafi sect, have joined Syrian rebels so far.
