Soldier reported missing in Lachin direction

Private Nasimi Rasim oglu Musayev, serving in an undisclosed military unit deployed in the Lachin direction, has been reported missing since September 26, according to statements shared by his relatives on social media.

His family members stated that they have lost contact with him and claimed the unit's commanding officer declined to receive them, prompting them to appeal to President Ilham Aliyev and Defence Minister Zakir Hasanov for assistance.

A formal inquiry submitted to the Ministry of Defence remained unanswered at the time of publication. The accompanying video appeal was withheld from distribution as it discloses specific operational identifiers and locations of the military facility.
