Georgian PM to join Eastern Partnership summit

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili left for Belgium to attend the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels on December 15.

The summit will adopt a political declaration reflecting priority issues for Georgia. The document will reaffirm the strategic importance of the Eastern Partnership for the European Union, including support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity within the internationally recognized borders of the state and its partners.

During his visit to Brussels, Garibashvili will also hold high-level bilateral meetings.

The delegation led by the PM includes Deputy PM, FM Davit Zalkaliani and Head of Administration of the Government Ilia Darchiashvili
