Prime Minister of Great Britain, Boris Johnson, has sent a letter to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. 

The letter reads: 

"I congratulate you on the opening of the IX Global Baku Forum. I thank you for providing this important opportunity for former, current and future leaders to discuss the most actual problems,” the PM said.
