Lavrov: “We appreciate the exemplary attitude of Azerbaijan to Russian language and culture”

"We appreciate the exemplary attitude of Azerbaijan to Russian language and culture,” Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, said at the press conference with Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov

"We continue strengthening the inherited friendship that has united our peoples for centuries. We appreciate the exemplary attitude of Azerbaijan to the Russian language and culture,” Lavrov stressed.

He stressed that the cultural cooperation between the two countries has further deepened. 

According to him, the Days of Azerbaijani Culture will continue in Russia in the fall, and Russian theatres will tour Azerbaijan.

"Several events are planned in this area,” Lavrov added.
