Azerbaijan to ensure reintegration of liberated territories in country's economy

The reintegration of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan into the country's economy will be ensured, reported from the Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026, approved today by President Ilham Aliyev.

The document notes that accelerated recovery of economic activity and the formation of a favorable business environment will be ensured to build the economy. By attracting high-tech investments, an export-oriented value chain and permanent jobs will be created. "Smart" business models based on a circular economy will be created in the region. Specialization along the value chain in economic activities will be encouraged, considering the sources of minerals. The natural resources of the mining sector will be brought into circulation within the framework of the partnership between the state and the private sector.
