Ukraine’s envoy: Heydar Aliyev reforms allowed Azerbaijan to confidently move forward

The ideas and reforms laid down by Heydar Aliyev allowed Azerbaijan to confidently move forward, Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Vladyslav Kanevskyi wrote on his Facebook page.

The Ukrainian diplomat honored the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev by visiting the Alley of Honor on December 12.

"The national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, an outstanding statesman who contributed to the revival and consolidation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the strengthening and expansion of friendly relations with Ukraine, passed away 19 years ago, The progressive ideas and reforms laid down by Heydar Aliyev allowed Azerbaijan to enter the 21st century as a strong and independent state, capable of overcoming difficult trials and challenges and confidently moving forward!” the ambassador wrote
