MFA: Russia assists in preparing peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia
Russia is assisting in preparing a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said.
Reported from TASS that he said there are many obstacles on the road to peace: "Based on the Trilateral Statement, Russia is making purposeful efforts to normalize relations between the two countries. Russia's mediation aims to provide a constructive and meaningful dialogue. Moscow also conveyed its views on the basic principles and points of the peace process."
"Russia's goal is to prioritize peace and stability in the South Caucasus," he stressed.
