EU special rep for South Caucasus to arrive in Baku

The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Georgia crisis Toivo Klaarwill arrive in Azerbaijan today,  reported from the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan.

Before arriving in Baku, he will also hold talks in Yerevan.
