Russian State Duma deputy: Elections in Azerbaijan held transparently

 The elections held in Azerbaijan were competitive and transparent, Russian State Duma deputy Alexey Zhuravlyov said following the results of observing the voting process in the snap presidential elections in Azerbaijan.

"Everything was done one hundred percent. I can describe the elections that took place in three words - struggle, competition, and transparency. All three conditions were met one hundred percent, and only a biased person can say that this was not so," Zhuravlyov said.
