Western Azerbaijan Community condemns Canada's biased statement against Azerbaijan

The Western Azerbaijan Community (WAC) has strongly denounced the prejudiced and slanderous statement made by Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly on September 22 regarding Azerbaijan. In her groundless accusations, Joly alleged that Armenians were forcibly expelled from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, demonstrating a position that casts doubt on Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and serves to create tension in the region.

According to the information , the WAC emphasized that Canada, which has turned a blind eye to Armenia's ethnic cleansing of one million Azerbaijanis, its 30-year occupation of Azerbaijani territories, and its ongoing prevention of hundreds of thousands of Western Azerbaijanis from returning to their native lands, has no moral right to speak about humanitarian issues.
