Erdogan: Great opportunity for lasting peace emerged in South Caucasus

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan believes that there is a great opportunity to establish lasting peace in the South Caucasus.

He was speaking during a visit to the Turkish House as part of his visit to the US.

The president noted that joint efforts with Azerbaijan and Armenia will help establish peace and stability in the region.

Erdogan also stressed that Türkiye has strengthened its regional role thanks to constructive diplomacy carried out in the Balkans and initiatives aimed at peace and stability in the Middle East.
