Hikmat Hajiyev meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, reported from the post of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Israel on the social network X.

The diplomatic mission noted that the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel, as well as regional events.

According to the post, Hajiyev conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Netanyahu.

"Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed his gratitude for the greetings and asked to convey his greetings to President Aliyev," the post reads.

The sides also discussed the matters of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel, as well as the regional developments.
