The 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum opened in Belek, Turkey, under the theme “Return to Diplomacy in a Fragmented World,” with 450 delegates from 140 countries.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Syria’s interim leader Ahmed al-Sharaa are among the key participants. Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov is set to meet with Turkish and Russian counterparts.

The forum includes 50 sessions on conflict resolution, climate change, and global cooperation. A panel on the South Caucasus will feature ministers from Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia.

Over 20 heads of state and 1,000 journalists are attending. Tight security is in place around the venue.
