Aliyev, Pashinyan speak briefly at Tirana summit

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is attending the 6th European Political Community summit in the Albanian capital, Tirana.

According to footage circulating on social media, President Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a brief conversation on the sidelines of the event.
