The opening ceremony of the 6th European Political Community summit took place in Tirana, the capital of Albania. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is attending the event.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed President Aliyev and other heads of state and government participating in the summit.
