Calm returns to Armenia-Azerbaijan border amid delimitation talks
The situation in border villages of Armenia’s enlarged Noyemberyan community has calmed following the launch of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border delimitation process, local officials said.
“Our territories have never been as safe as they are now,” community head Arsen Agababyan told Armenpress in an interview.
