Pro-Kremlin outlets signal legal action against Agalarov family

Pro-Kremlin media and Telegram channels have reported that a criminal case may soon be launched against the owners of Crocus City Hall — the Agalarov family — following a hearing on August 5 at the 2nd Western District Military Court.

According to these reports, victims of the March attack allegedly filed complaints of negligence, claiming security was minimal and screenings were selective. Rather than scrutinizing the FSB or Interior Ministry, Russian authorities appear to be shifting blame toward private business to redirect public anger.

Earlier, it was revealed that enforcement proceedings had been initiated against Aras Agalarov just one day before police raids on Azerbaijanis in Yekaterinburg, which left two people dead.

According to the latest information, Aras Agalarov is currently in Baku. His son, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Emin Agalarov, recently posted photos from Sea Breeze on Instagram.
