Ilham Aliyev expected to visit Serbia

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is expected to pay an official visit to Serbia, according to Serbian Parliament Deputy Speaker Jovan Janic.

Speaking to reporters, Janic said that following Aliyev’s trip to Belgrade, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic would make a reciprocal visit to Azerbaijan.

“In recent months, exchanges of visits between our leaders have become more intensive.

According to the information I have, President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Belgrade is expected soon. We hope it will take place in the near future, after which President Aleksandar Vucic will visit Azerbaijan in return,” Janic said.
