Azerbaijan and UK sign a new defense cooperation plan

The defense ministries of Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom have signed a Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2026–2027, the British Embassy in Baku said in a statement on the social media platform X.

“The UK is proud of its close defense cooperation with Azerbaijan and its role in the Strategic Partnership. We look forward to continued engagement in pursuit of our shared priorities,” the embassy said.
