Head of Goygol district dismissed, new executive appointed in Goychay

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree dismissing Elvin Pashayev from his post as Head of the Goygol District Executive Authority.

Under another presidential decree, Orkhan Mursalov, who previously served as Head of the Gadabay District Executive Authority, has been appointed Head of the Goychay District Executive Authority.
