Baku and Tehran discuss transport corridors, energy cooperation and trade

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met in Baku with Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vahid Jalalzadeh to discuss the development of joint transport corridors, energy security cooperation, and collaboration in transport and communications.

The sides reviewed bilateral and multilateral cooperation, regional issues, and prospects for political, economic and trade partnership. They emphasized that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s two visits to Baku this year have given fresh momentum to bilateral relations.
