Baku to host Azerbaijani-American ICT forum

An Azerbaijani-American ICT forum will be held in Baku early next month, Azartac reported.It will be part of a series of events under the 19th Azerbaijan International Exhibition and Conference, Bakutel.The forum will be organized by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, Azerbaijani Embassy to the United States, and US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.The first plenary session of the forum will focus on the launch of Azerbaijan`s first communications satellite and opportunities for Azerbaijan-US partnership in space industry.The forum will feature sessions on “Azerbaijan’s ICT sector: trade and investment opportunities”, and “New horizons in Azerbaijani-American ICT cooperation: challenges and opportunities”.The event will also feature an exhibition highlighting Azerbaijan`s development in the past 10 years.ANN.Az
