Sargsyan wraps up visit to Azerbaijan’s occupied territory
29.05.2020 04:38
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has completed his visit to Azerbaijan’s occupied territory.

On the final day of his visit, Sargsyan met Bako Sahakyan, leader of the separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh, according to Armenian media.

Armenia sized nearly 20 percent of Azerbaijan’s internationally-recognized territory, including Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding districts, in a war after the Soviet breakup in 1991.

Over 20,000 Azeris were killed and a million displaced as a result of the occupation.
