The Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG)deposit in Azerbaijan’s section of the Caspian Sea produced 24.5 million tonsof oil (on average 663,200 barrels a day) in the first nine months of the year,down from 25.3 million tons a year earlier.

The ShahDeniz field produced 7.3 billion cubic meters of gas during the period, up from5.2 billion cubic meters in the first nine months of 2012, the BP office inBaku said yesterday by e-mail.

TheLondon-based company operates both projects. Partners include Azerbaijan’sstate oil company Socar, Statoil, Total, ExxonMobil and others.ANN.Az
