Turkey and Georgia come to agreement on increase of freightage via BTK

Turkey’s TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş, a government-owned railway company, and GR Logistics & Terminals, a full subsidiary of JSC Georgian Railway, signed a memorandum of cooperation on increase the freightage via railway to 500,000 tonnes, Report informs citing Anadolu agency.

The memorandum was signed on June 17 with the purpose of developing the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway.
