IRGC Claims Strikes on US Bases in Jordan as Kingdom Intercepts Inbound Missiles

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that strikes targeting US bases in Jordan destroyed fighter jet deployment sites and maintenance infrastructure, according to the Tasnim news agency.

Meanwhile, Jordan's armed forces stated that their air defense systems intercepted eight missiles that entered the kingdom's airspace, official news agency Petra reported. Multiple explosions had previously been reported across Jordanian territory.
